About Us

Sandy is a third generation native New Mexican and has lived in Placitas since 1974. She started construction on her own adobe home shortly after moving to Placitas. She and her husband, Placitas designer/builder Bob Poling, met during that time, and realized that both of their homes were of similar basic design and just a mile apart in the far northeast end of Placitas. Sandy and Bob have been working together ever since.

Before Sandy went back to school to learn the real estate business and obtain a real estate license, she was an art therapist in private practice in Albuquerque. During the past few years, she and Bob have been collaborating on his designs and working with clients together. They have been contributing to the economy and beauty of Sandoval County their entire adult lives, and will continue to be committed to co-creating Placitas as an outstanding community, exemplifying the marriage of contemporary style with a warm southwestern essence.
